Mitchell students Alexis Cutler, Anthony Foulkes, Joel Lee, Austin Kish, Allen Foulkes, Ted Lee, Braden Vibber, and Jevon Wilson joined approximately 600 students from all over Michigan for the Academic Games State Tournament over the past 3 days. Our students did a terrific job representing Mitchell, demonstrating terrific sportsmanship while competing in Equations, On-Sets (set theory), On-Words (a spelling and phonetics word game), Presidents (history and Presidential trivia) and Propaganda (recognizing different forms of persuasion).
In addition, the 5th grade team, the Mitchell Terminators, won first in their division in On-Words!
