Dear Mitchell Families: I want to take a moment just to say thank you. We started off the year finding out that student achievement has improved and we have moved off the Focus School list. It is another moment to notice the excellence of Mitchell School and the Mitchell School community. We've all worked hard this fall to continue this improvement. Thank you to everyone who has helped our students to learn. Parents, thank you for your support at home and making sure that kids are reading each night for at least 15 minutes. Teachers, you are the best teachers in any school anywhere. Students, thank you for being respectful, responsible, safe, and having fun at Mitchell School. We look forward to our work to be the best school we can be in 2015 and continuing our journey to become an International Baccalaureate school.
