"4.2.1 Smoking, chewing, or other use of tobacco products of any kind is prohibited at all times."

750.473 Use of tobacco product on school property prohibited; violation as misdemeanor
(b) "School property" means a building, facility, or structure and other real estate owned, leased, or otherwise controlled by a school district.
(c) "Tobacco product" means a preparation of tobacco to be inhaled, chewed, or placed in a person's mouth.
Violation of the above can result in issuance of a criminal citation, and progressive disciplinary action up to and including dismissal.
