Kindergarten Round-Up at Mitchell

Families interested in enrolling for Kindergarten or Young 5's at Mitchell, an International Baccalaureate World School, for the fall of 2021 are invited to Kindergarten Round Up on Thursday, March 18 at 6:00 PM.

This presentation will include information and experiences that help families know and understand:

• The 5 Pillars of IB in Ann Arbor,
• The Primary Years Programme at Mitchell Elementary School including Kindergarten and Young 5s opportunities,
• The value of an Internationally Focused Curriculum,
• The Mitchell School Community,
• And Enrollment Information!

Parents will also have an opportunity to ask questions!

School Breakfast & Lunch

For the rest of this school year, all students will have the opportunity to receive breakfast and lunch for free! 

 

Families will need to order student lunches using the new AAPS Online Student Lunch Ordering system.

 

For the rest of this school year families will not be charged for breakfast or lunch but you must register for the program at sendmoneytoschool.comin order for your student to receive a free lunch on their hybrid in-school learning day.

P-EBT Cards – Update

Benefits will be available for students that qualify for free and reduced priced meals and attend schools that are implementing Virtual or Hybrid learning including the Ann Arbor Public Schools.

 

Please follow these steps to ensure that your family will receive their P-EBT card. Failure to follow these steps will delay or could jeopardize receiving the P-EBT card.

• If you have moved in the last six months make sure that the school (s) your child (children) attends has your correct address. It is important that your address be correct as the P-EBT cards are mailed to the address on record with the school. Please be patient and the schools will return your message.
• If you have not filled out a Free and Reduced-priced Meal application for this school year, you can find the link to the online application here.
